Today and tomorrow are all about the fruits and vegetables. I will not post tomorrow’s intake because it will be virtually the same. These two days are about giving the body the tools to detox.

Breakfast was a meal replacement shake like the previous ones.

Snacks: A few raw almonds and walnuts

Lunch: Salad of mixed greens, carrot, green onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, mushrooms, avocado with a little olive oil and some spiced soy beans (tomorrow will be another legume ether garbanzo beans or lentils).

Dinner was another shake.

Beverages remain the same: water and decaf or herb tea.

The calories are lighter for these two days and grains, dairy, and animal protein were omitted. Next week they will be added in but our intake will be our usually healthy intake based mostly on plant foods – whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds. Some limited animal protein will be added in for a few days, like eggs and fish. Occasionally we will have dairy. Follow along if you like
