For apple juice, we did not get any juice yet so started with fresh apples blended with a Standard Process complete shake. Lunch Salad with greens, black beans, wild rice (cooked in the am and chilled for the salad), bell peppers, onion, sugar snap peas, cauliflower, tomato, avocado and a little non fat balsamic vinaigrette. Also had 2 falafel balls. Dinner Shake of fresh fruit including pineapple, apple, banana and frozen blue berries with a touch of vanilla and unsweetened cocoa powder. One hour DVD of P90X for biceps and back. We still have a hard time keeping up with the amount of pull ups in the routines. They do several sets of 15-20 pull ups…we do maybe 3 to 5.
