Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, spinach and soyrizo. Topped off with sliced tomato and avocado. A slice of whole wheat toast with a little buttery spread.
Edamame and a salad with mixed greens, onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomato, avocado, blanched asparagus and broccoli with a little non fat balsamic vinaigrette.
Fresh strawberries and black berries and some raw almonds and walnuts
A fruit shake with pineapple, banana, apple, kiwi, frozen blue berries with a touch of vanilla, flax meal and cocoa power. All blended together in our Vita Mix.
Tomorrow we will start drinking the apple juice in preparation of the liver and gallbladder flush for Sunday.
